The conventional incinerator has been the vehicle where organic waste is volumetrically reduced and buried in landfills. Increasingly, this has become an unpleasant social problem where everyone wants their rubbish to be disposed hygienically. Land available for landfill use is also drastically reduced as waste Land is converted for commercial use.
JERS’s advanced modular and Containerized Green Energy Generation System (J-GEN) System solves the problem of farm and biomass waste While producing green energy at the same time. Our Proprietary system uses water and organic waste to production of a constant hybrid stream of hydrogen and electricity.
The containerized system produces up to 0.6MW of clean Power and 500KG H2 output while approximately 12MT of dry waste is reduced volumetrically to less than 10% typically on hourly basis. The input waste is first processed through the crushing process to reduce the size of the feed. It is then transported to the plasma reactor where a syngas enriched with hydrogen is produced.
The system uses carbon embedded in waste (fuel) for chemical reduction while allowing tunneling. The hydrogen-rich syngas is produced by chemical induction with water. The synthesis gas is then converted into electric energy using ICE generators, for internal consumption or for external power supply. The hydrolyser system recovers hydrogen from water at optimized temperature by using our proprietary catalyst. End users enjoy the cost benefits of deployment without the need for high infrastructure cost. Consult us today.
