Conventional fish meal process is a complicated lengthy system, where the whole plant shall have to be housed in enclosed structure thereby resulting in terrible odor. Waste water draining which includes concentrated fish soluble creates another environmental contamination and odor problem. Trash fish has become a huge environmental issue for coastal region since these fishes are not considered a viable raw material for fishmeal. The Autolytic enzyme held in these small fish easily destruct the cell, thereby rendering them useless as raw material for fish meal. However, the conventional Fishmeal processing industry is not only high capital and energy intensive but also encounters major waste water drainage problem which results in high compliance cost.
